Ali & Tyler Head Home to Kingfield in a New Silverado

Congratulations to Ali and Tyler of Kingfield on their sharp new-to-them 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Z71! They picked it up at Quirk Ford Augusta, and that glossy black finish looks fantastic parked in front of the lot.

Kingfield sits up in the foothills of the Longfellow Mountains, closer to Sugarloaf than to any interstate, which makes a truck like this less of a luxury and more of a necessity. Whether it is hauling gear up a camp road, plowing through the first snow of the season, or just getting to work on a Monday morning, western Maine has a way of testing a vehicle's mettle.

The Silverado 1500 LT Z71 was built for exactly that. The Z71 off-road package brings skid plates, a locking rear differential, and off-road-tuned Rancho shocks, while the LT trim keeps things comfortable with a roomy cab and Chevy's dependable V8 power under the hood. Nearly a decade in, this Silverado still has plenty of life left to give — the kind of truck that just keeps showing up for work.
