As always it was a good experience. Though this time I had to set and watch and wait for 40 minutes while a pickup had tires rotated or whatever in one of the 2 quick lube bays while there were two lines outside. I think this could have been done in another bay. That said the service adviser did eventually move my car into the other line so I wouldn't have to wait any longer. Kudos to him as I never asked him to and he most certainly apologized for the delay. All good, just saying.
