Service is always very friendly and helpful. They try hard to be accommodating. Service jobs seem to consistency take longer than quoted but it would appear perhaps staffing issues are the root of this situation. Ended up returning next day after initial appointment to follow-up on battery change done because auto reprogramming did not occur. Service folks fit me in to resolve the issue so it turned out ok.
