Your service team always makes us comfortable about the work we have done there. They take the time in discussing and explaining our questions regarding, that sudden sound; or that little clunk etc., etc. During our recent general service appointment, I was glad to see that the service area finally had installed some wall mounted florescent lighting for the mechanics. We would see them having to do most of their work with hand held lighting. I would still say management could provide still more work area lighting. Don't forget, the brighter a work area is, the more safe and comforting the illumination provides.
