Service and parts department are great, salesman are good as well. However; the man doing appraisals is going to cost you money. Your salesman and the company lost out on a new vehicle sale due to one man. Smh! Purchased 5 vehicles through quirk, but apparently not any more. Two other new car dealers were willing to give me what my vehicle is actually worth. I will be picking up my new 2022 truck on Wednesday, and it won't be at quirk. Very disappointing.
