Personal & work done that day was great. The concern is that I live in Searsport and was in Bangor when the check engine light came on our Equinox so I went straight to your Dealership and without any concern they said it would be two & a half weeks before I could get an appointment. I understand that everyone is busy but how long does it take for someone to hook up to a computer and at least say it's alright to drive until we can get you in for an appointment. During the time it took to get the appointment everything turned out ok but things could of turned out much worse. Things seem to be changing since Mike Label and now Blaine Clark has left. We will continue to do business there and see how things progress.
