slow. I arrived for my 8:30 appointment, and was told there were 3 people ahead of me and one tech working. Really? Why would you schedule me for 8:30 if you couldn't do the service. I also wanted an estimate on replacing the fog light housing, but he said he couldn't do that - I didn't understand the explaination. Other than that - the service was completed to expectations, and everyone was friendly and happy.
