Excellent customer service. The service technician spotted an issue with damage on one of my tires during the rotation and alerted his service manager. Upon a closer look, the service manager advised me to get it addressed ASAP for my own safety (the tires were only a 6 months old)...and not to travel a long distance until it was replaced. I appreciated his attention to detail and am having the tire replaced tomorrow. Thanks again.
