I bought a used Chevy Suburban yesterday afternoon. Brian Labrecque was my sales representative. Daren Ross was the finance manager and David Roberts was the manager. Under their team I showed up at the appointed time, they were ready for me, able to appraise my trade in fairly (according to Blue Book), and as efficient as possible with the financing so that I was out in a few hours. Upon leaving Brian schooled me on the Onstar and other options in the car which was helpful given I'd not had such technology in a car before.
