went into the service center on Brighton Ave in Portland, me. I was told on the phone by your call center that there was a drop in service center that could take care of my tire that had a nail in it, it was slowly going flat after I had filled it once. Myself, my husband and my daughter has bought almost all our vehicles from Quirk, even when it was Forest City. So I pulled in to the bays and spoke to Peter. He explained and apologized that the quick service office was in Bangor not Portland. The main switchboard who told me about it had not explained that to me. But Peter knows who I am as a returning purchaser and customer and took me right in. I was fixed and out in about 1 1/2 hours. Peter and Frank have always gone out of their way to be helpful and make things work. I will be in again shortly as I need to have my tire sensors reset because they are wonky! I also have an additional problem. I bought a 2021 chevy blazer from Quirk in Portland. Frank and Peter in service have always been great all the years i've dealt with service.
