We would like to talk about our visit on September 8th - never got a survey request for that one. We brought our vehicle in for the 4th time since purchase due to AC not working. We met with Maurice Duff. He listened to our concerns - understood that we were frustrated that there was obviously a leak somewhere that no one could see m to fine... Well, he found it!!! It took a while - an hour and a half... He showed concern for our long wait and the fact that fixing the problem was going to take the rest of the day. After we were unsuccessful in finding ourselves a ride home - we live in Sangerville - he arranged for your shuttle service to bring us home. Our driver, Rick, was great. He engaged in pleasant conversation with us on the 45 minute ride. Turns out he was quite familiar with our neck of the woods, as he used to fish on our pond with an old friend. We expected the vehicle to be ready at the end of the day. The service tech, Steve, worked like heck to have that happen, but when we got there, it wasn't ready to go home, and we had to leave it until the next morning. Maurice, again, showed concern that we had driven from Sangerville for nothing - We told him it was okay, but he insisted on giving us a complimentary oil change for all our trouble. Just want to make sure that you guys know that you have some genuinely good people working for you.
