To say I was nervous walking in would be an understatement. After months of research I had landed on a Subaru Crosstrek and with prices being what they are these days, new was almost the same as used even by KBB standards. I walked in already knowing the price differences for packages and what I wanted. Jordan met myself and my three kiddos at the door and immediately put me at ease. He was willing to answer all of my (sometimes unusual, I'm sure) questions and helped explain to me what the differences in the trim levels were. He did not try to upsell me at all, which was greatly appreciated. He respected my wishes and made the process go smoothly and quickly, something my kids were also happy about! Not to mention their gratitude for snacks and drinks! Then we met with Kevin in the finance department who so graciously navigated paperwork, explaining the details of the generous coverage given and my son's eager discussion of all things Minecraft without ever skipping a beat. The entire process from stepping in to final signing was under an hour. An extra big thank you to Jordan who helped us get our new Subaru home while we drove our now-retired Honda. That was truly going above and beyond in my eyes! Received a follow-up text the next day which was truly icing on the cake. I could not be more happy with the experience of purchasing here and am incredibly grateful to the team who helped put us in the exact car I had my eye on. Thank you!!
