When I was seen at the quick lube/oil change part of Quirk on Wednesday, March 8, the gentleman running the quick service department, Josh Demond, was wonderful. He listened to all of my concerns and checked out anything I requested. He took the time to explain to me what I needed to know about the service. I am very appreciative. I would hope someone would recognize him as he was kind, understanding and had great customer service skills.
