Service writer Maury was excellent. He checked in my vehicle and explained the process of getting an electric brake controller installed on my 2020 Silverado. He explained the two options, an under the dash model and a much cleaner in the dash model. At his recommendation, I choose the in dash as it was a much cleaner install AND less expensive! I was in no rush and he called my much earlier than expected that my truck was ready. The install looks great. Got some questions answered by the sales team. Great service as usual by the Quirk Team!
