I was taken care of in a professional manner from start to finish. From the service rep to the customer service rep (Nova) at the end of my visit, all was done well. I would like to add that the customer service area should be in a different color scheme. It is not the first time I have recommended this very low cost change. Ask Admin staff if the change would make their day less stressful and peaceful. If people are coming in to pay alot of repairs for their cars, (especially with their other bills that may be pressing), it would only made this area and the admin area to be a more pleasant, calming space. It is but this one change would really make a HUGE difference. Pastel colors, plants, all could make that area a great deal more pleasant. I would encourage whoever is the Office Manager to consult with Nova (Customer service Representative) as to what would contribute to a more calming space. Flowers or a beautiful design painted by a local artist from a school would be a great community service boost in networking. Orange is NOT a peaceful, calming color and is typically used in fast food restaurants to hurry people along. Bare plain colored bland adjoining walls DO NOT contribute to calming. Plants should be placed in reception area (cactus or flowering plants) that would also create a space that people will feel comfortable waiting in.
