Service advisors are very helpful and knowledgeable. Very disappointed that GM wouldn’t cover my first oil change. I’ve purchased many many gm vehicles and never took the time to read every little detail only to find out that the oil change expired after a year. I have a 22 Camaro SS that is only driven approximately 6 months a year and is stored in the garage the rest of the time so when I went to get my oil changed at 4,600 miles and have owned for 14 months it wasn’t covered. There should definitely be an exception for these situations where we have winter snow and ice conditions constantly in New England (Maine). I would appreciate a response to this comment please.
