The folks at the dealership were very friendly and very helpful. However, the fact that Chevy knows this is a problem, the vibration, and nothing has been done to fix it as yet is a little aggravating. I pay good money for Chevys because I believe in the product, but it seems this problem is with more than just my Chevy and has not been fixed. Even though Chevrolet has known of the problem for several months now. I have always driven a Chevrolet, and would like to remain a loyal customer.
