I arrived early for oil change and tire rotation. An hour later the work was done. later in the day, my dashboard information said SERVICE TIRE MONITOR SYSTEM, Of course I called up the dealer and asked what that meant. The lady answering the phone was not sure, so she asked someone else. she said perhaps one of the pressure sensors wasnt working, I said it needs to be fixed and when can that be done, I have an appointment to get that done, While I was waiting, I called my son who is a mechanic at the Quirk Chevy Bangor location. He walked me through the menu on the steering wheel to the display of the tire pressure and it indicated that the left rear tire had no sensor or it was dead. I was disappointed the dealer I had the service done by did not know this. I live 2 hours from Bangor but went to buy my new car there as my son works there. I hope this mistake is a one time occurrence.
