Recently had service at Quirk to replace lifters on both banks of my 2019 Silverado - took 3 days at their expense and they gave me a rental for that time period also at their expense. On the way home from that service, more lights came on the display area. I then called Quirk again and they said bring it back for further tests, So the next day, I returned to Quirk and they ran more tests and decided to change all 8 spark plugs - may be fouled due to collapse of lifters. Anyways, after 4 hours, the truck was ready and no problems since. The unfortunate part of all this is the truck only had 13,000 miles on it. I have had 3 other Silverados in years past with good luck - they don't make them like they use to!!!!!.. But all repairs have been covered by GM so far. And Jared Ricker has been outstanding as far as getting my truck in immediately, communication with me, and making all arrangements with a rental. Above and beyond expectations. So kudos to him for making an unpleasant experience tolerable for me. And thanks for the countless hours the tech spent in diagnosing and fixing the problems.
