Cass, my salesperson, Randy, the Service Advisor, and Drew in Finance who I just enjoy having conversation with were awesome as usual. Having to hang out for a couple hours while getting a few things done isn't a problem when people like this are around to make the time go by. The work itself was done well and within a reasonable and expected time frame. I was kept up to date on progress so I was able to work as the I waited. An add on that I asked about at the time wasn't in stock but is expected in a few days, and this aligns with another trip to the area, so it works out well. So far, the experience has been extremely positive.
