We are from Georgia and problems with our 2020 GMC Sierra They ended up having to replace the turbo assembly. Matt went above and beyond to take care of us. He managed to get us a turbo when they were back ordered and only 8 dealers in the US had one,and none of those 8 wanted to give up one. Somehow he managed,while getting us a rental car and saved us from having to ship the truck back to Georgia. Customer service is almost nonexistent these days so it is such a welcome surprise when you get service like this. We can’t thank Matt and the service technicians that helped salvage our vacation enough. Highly recommend this dealership and their service department.
