Wow! I called Joe and left a message that I was looking for cars, he found four and pulled them out for me to test drive. I drove the first three cars and choose one, but he insisted that I drive the fourth so I could be sure that the one I choose was really the one that I wanted. I'm glad I drove the fourth, turns out it was a terrific car. I didn't get it, but it was my second choice. I worked with Tyler Henderson, once I decided on the Outback, he took me for a test drive on Friday night to explain and demo all the features. He was thorough in his explanation. Overnight, I talked to family, which brought up a few questions, so I went back to the dealership on Saturday for another drive, just to confirm the way I felt. Again, Tyler talked me through some of the features and kindly answered all of my questions. I appreciated that they were willing to let me do another drive before I confirmed the choice. They were very flexible. The process was effortless. I supplied my information on Friday night, went in Monday and picked up the car. I did not have to sit around the dealership for the day waiting for paperwork to be done, It was finished and ready to be signed by the time I arrived on Monday. The whole team was super easy to work with. They did everything they could to make it a convenient process. They even gave me a better-than-fair price on my trade-in. Since owning the car, I have had a few questions, went back for one more appointment with Tyler, had my list of questions and he answered them all. Then, just today, I noticed something I hadn't seen, so I texted him, sure enough, he replied. That is going the extra mile. Sometimes, salespeople and car dealerships talk a big talk, but I found that at Quirk Auto, they walk the walk. You won't be disappointed.
