I went in to have snow tires put on and the line was so long and it was then divided into two lines. The manager there, Josh, handled the situation, very professionally and courteously. He got everybody into the bays in an orderly way. He never lost patience and probably put 20,000 steps on in the time I watched him running back-and-forth. Great asset. Good work with my tires by staff.
