I was in need of an oil change. When I woke up to go to the dealership, I noticed that all of my tire pressures were different. However it was a cold morning. Josh assured me that it was normal to have a 4 pound difference with cold weather. He did get them evened out prior to my leaving the facility. It is nice to frequent an establishment that recognizes both you and your car. Thank you very much, Josh!
