From start to finish, this young man accommodated us for every question, requirement, instruction, adjusting to our delays due to our confusion about what he needed us to provide to lease, in a friendly, pleasant, and understanding way. We had never leased before this, and his patience, kindness, flexibility has made us henceforth a loyal customer of this dealership. In today's world, it becomes harder and harder to find courteous, punctual, respectful and knowledgeable folks. This gentleman fulfilled all of those characteristics.
