Right off the bat Martin did a great job. He let us know he was there if we needed any questions answered. He allowed us space and was available again when we made our choice. While waiting he made us welcome and let us know what was happening. (worse thing in the world waiting and not knowing what is happening) He worked with us to make the payments we wanted.
