I was very pleased with the service I received at Quirk in Portland, ME. Randy was my advisor and he did a really good job of keeping me updated and returning my phone calls. Everyone I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. It was very frustrating having my part on nationwide back order, being without my truck for over a month. Randy and everyone else from Quirk made it so much better than it could have been. They got me into a rental car when another local dealership told me that I could only have one for 10 days and I would have to pay for it. Once they received the part, they worked quickly to fix my truck and get back to me ASAP. I will be very loyal to Quirk and will surely buy all of my future vehicles from them!
