I had a difficult scenario occur with my silverado. Making a long story short, Robyn was showed excellent customer service by scheduling me quickly and communicating very well. She even called me after normal business hours to make sure that we were in sync. The result was a new gear shift cable, new door panel, and a reset oil change alert.
