The purchase experience was great. Ian and Wayne were easy to work with. We bought our new truck on Friday. It had to be delivered from Rockland. It had 134 miles on the odometer when it arrived. Tuesday my husband checked the diagnostic panel and found that the right front tire was at only 29 psi. The other 3 were at 41 psi. Being concerned, we immediately took it back to the dealership. The quick lube team found a minuscule pin hole leak in the right front tire and repaired that. In addition, the service manager had them reduce the pressure to the proper psi in the other three. We were curious as to why the diagnostic panel had not been checked prior to us taking delivery of the vehicle. Also the oil level read 87%. That seemed a bit odd with less than 170 miles on the truck, but perhaps that is normal? In any case, the service to fix the tire situation was very good.
