Customer service was excellent, friendly & helpful. My beef is with the waiting room, it reeks of coffee which made me nauseous. It's nice you offer coffee, but I can't imagine I am the only person who found it difficult to deal with. I had to ask for a better ventilated area to wait. Also, the magazine selection obviously caters to male truck drivers who hunt and fish. Maybe you could add reading materials for customers who don't hunt and fish. Portland was the only option, but may I can suggest Yankee, Down East, Us, Time. Just a suggestion.
