I was having a bad day, and after acting like an idiot while waiting, the maintenance department called me and apologized for any inconvenience and offered to cover my oil change, tire rotation and sticker. They did not need to do that. But that is classy. Classier than I acted while having to wait a little longer for unforseen recall issues. So thank you to the ladies who had to deal with me.
