After arriving, I waited a few minutes before being asked if I needed help. I had an informal appointment with Shawn, but he was busy with a customer. He was told I was there. After waiting another half hour or more, Ian offered to help me on Shawn's behalf, because he was still with his customer. No problem, Ian was very good and I turned in my Equinox leased vehicle and went into a new lease for a Trailblazer. The process was very good over all.
