After a couple of months post private saie purchase, my Jeep Grand developed an incessant rattling noise from the right rear sunroof track area. Not just a little rattle, nope, this one made me develop an eye-twitch and resulted in no less than 37 road rage incidents. At this point I could draft a dissertation on the psychology of rattling right-rear sunroof areas. If I had a passenger, I would be arrested for terrorism and cruel & unusual punishment. Fast forward to today when I brought the Jjeep into Quirk service! Mr Drew Hutchins was my service manager and he even rooted around trying to give it a quick fix himself. After a little stint in the service garage, the right-rear sunroof area is now silent, even on bumpy roads. I have not yelled obscenities at passing cars since and I am eternally grateful!
