I had to bring my 2017 chevy traverse in for a torque converter. with the plan to use my privately purchased car warranty. I was fearful that it was going to be a long-drawn-out process. However, Randy in the service department was very helpful. Very courteous had great communication skills and made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible. After the initial inspection from my warranty company it turned out we needed to replace the whole transmission., we had parts within 2 days and my car was repaired 2 days after that. Big thanks to Randy and everyone at Quirk, I truly truly appreciate your hard work in getting my vehicle done and ready for me. I will definitely bring you my vehicle back to you Guys.
