We recently moved to the area from out of state.I encountered a mechanical problem while driving back to Rockport.. I arrived at Quirk emotional as I had been driving home for over an hour with a terrible noise and not knowing what was wrong with the car. When I pulled into the parking lot , I teared up as I knew this unknown ordeal with the our car had ended. Everyone we encountered at Quirk, was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Matt treated me kindly when I walked in and announced that I was emotional at that moment. The following day, Matt explained everything to my husband and I with photos so we could see what had happened to the car. I am so grateful for the way we and our car was handled. We will return for the final repair when the part comes in. We are impressed with Quirk service!! Thank you Matt for all your kindness and professionalism!!
