I had Quirk Ford of Augusta install new tires on my truck in June. On my drive home I felt vibration that wasn't there before. The service team at Quirk found a driveshaft issue that had been intermittent since the truck was new, plus they swapped my original new tires for an alternate set. Vibration resolved. A big thank you to my service advisor David, technicians Arthur and Jake, and many others including Bryce and Walt and tire supplier Sullivan Tire. I was always treated with respect and felt comfortable knowing that my concerns were not disregarded. Good job!
