Quirk Chevrolet Hits the Ice for the 2022 Maine Mariners Teddy Bear Toss

The 2022 Teddy Bear Toss at a Maine Mariners game came with a twist this year — Quirk Chevrolet didn't just watch the bears fly, they got out on the ice themselves. Shortly after the second period began, the Mariners scored, and thousands of teddy bears rained down onto the rink right on cue.

Every bear collected gets donated to Toys for Tots, giving a stuffed animal and a little holiday joy to a child who might otherwise go without. This year's toss also supported a separate project run by the Holden Police Department, giving local officers their own way to get bears into kids' hands this season.

Quirk Chevrolet is proud to support causes like this one, where a hockey crowd's energy turns directly into gifts for Maine kids. Thanks to Maine Mariners Hockey for another great chance to be part of it.
