Had a check engine light on and unable to get Quirk to loan me a vehicle and service until I went to Jim Brocato, sales person who sold me 3 cars. He gave me a loaner and my car was done by noon the next day. Thank God for Jim Brocato and the fact that I had bought cars there before to be able to get my car serviced. I feel you need to tell people who are customers that have bought vehicles there that they should go through their sales person in order to get work done. Kudos to Jim Brocato! Professionalism and friendliness was not lost on any employee there. All good.
