Just wanted to thank Nick and the team at this Chevy location for essentially saving us on our East Coast road trip.

The vehicle had been making a noise on startup, the technician and Nick believed it was the starter.causing this issue.

I had a lengthy service (>3 hours) and Nick kept checking back with me to keep me updated.

Quirk Chevrolet resolved my breakdown and towing issue when OnStar Roadside Assistance couldn’t find a tow company to help me.

Nick (lead advisor) had the car checked by 2:35 PM and said that they couldn’t get to it til Monday (first thing).

Found the issue rate away and repaired and new alignment, oil change and I was on my way!
