We limped in on Saturday (10 AM) to be put in line for an evaluation of the Acadia GMC 2012 problem. Nick (lead advisor) had the car checked by 2:35 PM and said that they couldn’t get to it til Monday (first thing). So, we had to stay the Weekend in Bangor. On Monday, we were out and on the road by 11 AM. While this sounds like it didn’t get done fast, the Varney GMC dealership (across the street) offered no hope for an evaluation and even then said they wouldn’t fix the issue until the end of next week. When you’re from Texas and on a trip, it’s nice to have some place that offers hope and cares. The shuttle van (drivers Bob and Bill, to and from our lodging) took care of us. Loved the friendly and care!
