Fireworks Night at Hadlock Field, Sponsored by Quirk Chevrolet Portland

Fireworks Night at Hadlock Field is always a good excuse to spend a May evening in Portland, and this one delivered on that promise even though the scoreboard didn't go the Sea Dogs' way. The team fell 2-3 to the Somerset Patriots, a close one that kept the crowd on its feet right up to the end.

Quirk Chevrolet Portland was proud to sponsor the night, and the fireworks that followed the final out were exactly the kind of send-off that turns a close loss into a great night out. That's the thing about a ballpark like Hadlock — the result matters less than the fact that the whole city showed up for it.

Thanks to everyone who came out for Fireworks Night, and to the Portland Sea Dogs for another memorable evening at the park.
